EspagnAuto is a mandataire automobile (buying agent and importer) specialising in new vehicles, based in Ascain in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, France, and active since 2001. It sources new cars directly from official dealers and distributors in Spain and Belgium and sells them to French and overseas clients at prices stated to be up to 30% below French dealership prices. Quoted prices are turnkey, including the mandataire commission, French VAT, preparation, registration plates and administrative fees; the French grey card and any ecological malus or options are extra. Two service formulas are offered: Formule N1 (Le Prix), where the client pays the supplier directly excluding VAT and the published prices are based on this formula, and Formule N2 (Pack Sérénité), an all-inclusive service where EspagnAuto pays the supplier, transports the car to its Ascain premises and the client pays on delivery. Vehicles are new and never registered, carry the original manufacturer warranty valid across Europe, and can be collected in Ascain or delivered to any address in metropolitan France and the overseas departments (DOM-TOM). Customers can also request a quote for models not listed by configuring them on the official manufacturer website of the relevant country and sending the code or PDF. The company also serves residents of overseas departments and non-EU residents on a VAT-free basis, and has a branch in La Réunion (Saint-Denis) for requests concerning La Réunion and Mayotte. Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00 with a midday break (12:30 to 14:00), and Saturday mornings by appointment only.
