3. Data Accuracy

The company information displayed on FirmLens is collected from publicly available sources and processed using automated systems, including AI. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy:

• Data is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness, accuracy, or timeliness.
• Company profiles may contain inaccuracies due to outdated source material or processing errors.
• FirmLens should not be the sole basis for business decisions, investments, or due diligence.
• We recommend verifying critical information directly with the companies listed.

If you represent a company listed on FirmLens and believe any information is inaccurate, contact us at info@firmlens.io and we will review and correct it promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

The FirmLens platform, including its design, code, data compilation, and branding, is the property of MR-Consulting. Individual company data points are sourced from public information and belong to their respective owners.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from FirmLens for commercial purposes without written permission
• Reproduce or redistribute the FirmLens database or substantial portions of it
• Use our branding, logos, or design elements without prior consent
• Reverse engineer any part of the platform

Personal, non-commercial use of the directory (searching, viewing company profiles, sharing individual links) is encouraged.

5. Acceptable Use

When using FirmLens, you agree not to:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:

• MR-Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FirmLens.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or EUR 100, whichever is greater).

Companies are listed on FirmLens based on publicly available information. If you are a representative of a listed company and wish to:

• Update your company information
• Remove your company from our directory
• Claim your company profile for management

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FirmLens shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
