The company was established in Lynden, Washington in 1935 as a partnership and became the Case IH dealer for Northwest Washington after the 1985 Case and International Harvester merger. A Burlington, Washington branch was added in 1982 to serve the Skagit Valley. The dealership sells new and used equipment, carries a large parts inventory, provides service and repairs for the equipment it sells, and maintains a rental fleet of tractors, excavators and forklifts.
