About
Founded in 1987, Mekonomen Vestauto Albertslund is an independent car dealer based in Albertslund, Denmark.
Mekonomen Vestauto is an automotive centre in Albertslund, on the Vestegnen area west of Copenhagen, operating since 1987. The business trades used passenger cars and vans, accepts trade-ins and sells on a consignment basis, and offers financing options through partner lenders, including loans without a down payment for car purchases or workshop bills. It also rents out passenger cars, vans and minibuses to private and business customers, and offers mini-leasing and rental of lift-equipped aluminium box trucks. The workshop provides mechanical repair, body and paint work, insurance damage repair, tyre services, MOT preparation, air conditioning service, diagnostics and general servicing for all makes, and keeps manufacturer service intervals so warranties remain valid. Parts and accessories are sold to private and business customers, with special orders often delivered within about one hour or the next day. The company is a Mekonomen Autoteknik centre with a 2,500 m2 workshop, shop and office. Stated car prices range from about 20,000 to 450,000 DKK, with 40 to 50 vehicles normally in stock. Extended and 12-month CarGarantie warranty options are also offered. Sales and rental hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 15:00, while the workshop is open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00.
