NIKO Holding is a Ukrainian automotive group founded in 1991 as the official representative of Mitsubishi Motors. It is a vertically integrated automotive organisation and a leading operator in Ukraine's automotive distribution and retail sectors. Its distribution arm includes MMC Ukraine, the official Mitsubishi Motors distributor, NIKO Trading LLC, the official ExxonMobil lubricants distributor, and Trade House NIKO, a spare parts and used cars distributor. Its dealer network consists of 13 showrooms in five Ukrainian cities, with official dealerships for Audi, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Suzuki, Subaru, Ford, Renault, Fiat, Citroen, Yamaha and KTM. The group also has subsidiaries in finance and insurance, real estate investment, transportation and logistics, agro-industry and IT services. Since 2005 it has issued audited financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards. The group states it operates in Ukraine, Hungary, the Republic of Cyprus and the Slovak Republic.
