Spiro is a franchise car dealer based in Kigali, Rwanda selling Spiro.

Spiro is an electric mobility company operating in several African countries, including Rwanda, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Benin and Togo. It sells electric motorcycles, such as the EKON and Alpha models, mainly to moto-taxi and boda boda operators, and offers after-sales service in major cities. Spiro runs battery-swapping stations and public fast charging, and works with financial institutions, cooperatives and local governments to make electric bikes accessible. Its franchise model empowers local entrepreneurs to operate battery swap stations. The company reports over 1,300 electric bikes sold in Rwanda and Kenya, over 1,000 in Uganda and over 6,000 in Benin and Togo. It also runs the Spiro Academy for technical training and emphasises job creation, gender equality and sustainability.
