Adyta is a Portuguese cybersecurity and secure communications company founded in 2015 as a spin-off from the University of Porto. It is headquartered at the UPTEC Science and Technology Park in Porto. The company offers cybersecurity services including security audits and cloud security assessments on Azure, Google Cloud and AWS, penetration testing, vulnerability management as a service, incident response as a service, vCISO services, and GRC and compliance implementation for NIS2, DORA and ISO 27001. Its AdytaPhone product is a secure communications platform, built in Portugal and certified by the Portuguese National Security Office, that offers end-to-end encryption without storing user data. Adyta is an accredited GNS Verified Organisation, one of few private entities in Portugal with this status. The company also takes part in European defence and quantum communication projects, including DISCRETION and the Portuguese PTQCI infrastructure, and provides cybersecurity training and third-party risk assessment.
