It offers a unified platform that combines protection, detection, response, 24/7 monitoring and compliance management, operated fully on behalf of its customers. The company sells exclusively through partners, including managed security service providers (MSSPs), MSPs and distributors, which can deliver the platform under their own brand (white label). Its target customers are public administrations, defence, regulated sectors and critical infrastructure. The platform is developed in Spain, with infrastructure and data kept under the customer's national jurisdiction. BlackfishID states that it is built and operated in line with Spain's National Security Scheme (ENS) and the EU NIS2 Directive, and that its ENS High-level and ISO 27001 processes are underway. Its naval cyber defence proposal, ÉGIDA-NAV, placed first in its category in the CDTI-NAVY programme and is being developed for validation with the Spanish Navy.
