iCOUNTER is a cyber risk intelligence company based in Dallas, Texas. Its Counter Threat Operating System (CTOS) is a third-party risk management and threat intelligence platform. CTOS maps an organisation's vendor, supplier, MSP, SaaS and partner ecosystem, detects active targeting and compromise signals tied to those relationships, determines which signals represent real exposure, and routes prescriptive remediation to operational owners. The platform is designed to complement existing TPRM, GRC, vendor risk and security operations tools rather than replace them. iCOUNTER also offers an operated service in which it runs CTOS on a customer's behalf, and a partner programme for resellers, MSSPs and technology alliances. The company's founders previously built iDEFENSE, iSIGHT Partners and Mandiant-linked threat intelligence capabilities. CTOS became generally available in March 2026, with a Third-Party Risk module as its first application. Target customers include CISOs, TPRM leaders, SOC teams and compliance officers in enterprise and public sector organisations.
