Its Pro Mix line serves as replacers and substitutes for nonfat dry milk, buttermilk and whole milk powder. The company operates four SQF audited manufacturing facilities in southern Minnesota, serving food manufacturers mainly in the United States, including applications in snack foods, soups and sauces, dressings, bakery and confectionery. It also offers custom toll processing and packaging in bags, boxes, totes and bulk units, plus technical and application services through its Mankato Technical Center and pilot plant. Founded in 1987 as a sole proprietorship and incorporated in Minnesota in 1988, the company also offers Halal and organic certified processing.
