Collo is a Finnish deep-tech company that develops liquid process intelligence for dairy and beverage producers. Its core technology is a non-intrusive, inline RF/electromagnetic sensor combined with AI analytics, which measures changes in liquid composition, phase and concentration in real time. The offering comprises three elements: Collo Insights, a continuous monitoring service that identifies losses in CIP cycles, changeovers and pushouts and recommends automation tuning; Collo Signals, real-time process signals integrated into automation for closed-loop control; and the Collo Lab Analyzer, a portable unit for testing and R&D. Collo's sensors are installed inline via Tri-Clamp or Varinline connections and are said to work with milk, cream, whey, yogurt and cheese products. Official resellers support sales and service in several European countries and in Japan. The company was founded in Tampere, Finland, and has won the World Dairy Innovation Award 2026 and the World Beverage Innovation Award 2025.
