Its offering covers flavours, fruit fillings, creams, glazes, stabilised bases and beverage ingredients, with a dedicated frozen dessert line (CremoLinea) for gelato and ice cream producers. The company also provides recipes, concept development, technical and regulatory support, and training through its Expertarom Academy. It operates four production facilities that produce flavours, compounds, fruit fillings, creams and powder mixtures under HACCP certification, and reports sales in more than 40 countries.
