Geris is a Dutch wholesaler and trader of cheese and butter for the food industry, operating under the name Geris Dairy Solutions. It supplies cheese such as Gouda, Edam, Maasdam, Emmental, cheddar, mozzarella and cagliata, along with a range of butter products including AMF 99%, whey butter and unsalted and salted butter. Its customers are mainly processors, cheese shredders, melters and food manufacturers, as well as retail and foodservice buyers. Beyond trading, the company offers cheese cleaning, upgrading, labelling and packaging in its own production facility, plus storage, logistics, warehousing and transport. It has an in-house laboratory that checks incoming and outgoing shipments. Founded in 2009 by Ziad Geris, a former driver, the company supplies products internationally and presents a 'Dairy as a Service' concept. Its offices are in Nederweert and 's-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands.
