It concentrates and dries milk, whey and other raw materials, and produces milk powder, whey powder, fat powder and condensed milk as ingredients for industrial food customers, including manufacturers of chocolate, yoghurt and ice cream. The company also develops and manufactures infant and specialised nutrition products and offers private label development and regulatory registration support. Its raw milk comes from Swiss farms, largely via the swissmilk green programme. Production is concentrated at the Sulgen site, with further sites in Hochdorf and Root. The company was founded in 1895 and its production sites are certified to FSSC 22000.
