KSM Vision

Founded in 2012, KSM Vision is a dairy industry manufacturer based in Warsaw, Poland selling testing & quality, automation & controls.

KSM Vision is a Warsaw-based company founded in 2012 by students and doctoral students from the Institute of Micromechanics and Photonics at the Warsaw University of Technology. It develops AI-driven, neural network-based machine vision systems for automated optical quality control. Its systems are integrated into new and existing production lines to replace manual inspection and to collect production data for process optimisation. Its product range includes Inspect 360 systems for caps and closures, labels and cans, Blispect for pharmaceutical blisters, and Woodspect and Brickspect for wood and building material production. Its dairy reference is a quality control solution implemented on six production lines of the MLEKOVITA Group. The company reports 13 years of experience in machine vision, 25 engineers and specialists, and an ISO 9001 compliant quality system. A received NCRD grant funds its R&D, and an investment from Vigo Ventures supports sales and development.
