MMS is a membrane filtration supplier serving dairy, food and beverage, extracts, bio-pharma, chemical and water reuse industries. Dairy applications include concentration and fractionation of milk and whey, standardisation of milk protein, removal of bacteria, spores and fat, demineralisation of whey and permeate, native whey and MCC production, and lactoferrin recovery. The company works from trials and laboratory and pilot systems to industrial-scale turnkey projects, including project management, engineering, automation, manufacturing and commissioning. Systems are produced in its workshops in Switzerland and Denmark. MMS was founded in 1995 and operates through MMS AG in Switzerland and MMS Nordic in Denmark, which serves Northern Europe.
