Pacovis is a family-run service and solutions provider for the food and catering sector, with roots in Switzerland and locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, plus branches in the Czech Republic and Turkey. Founded more than 90 years ago, it has around 650 employees. Its range covers packaging and consumables, hygiene, cleaning and workplace safety products, spices, additives and food technology knowledge. For dairy processors and cheesemakers it offers a dedicated range of dairy technology, yogurt and whey base ingredients, and starter and protective cultures for cheese production, along with related training and seminars on listeria prevention and the use of spices in dairy processing. It also supplies ice cream ingredients and manufactures some of its own dry base mixes.
