Founded in 1992, PHIL-COMMERCE is a dairy industry manufacturer based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria selling processing equipment, engineering & services, testing & quality.

PHIL-COMMERCE Ltd. was founded in 1992, initially importing separators and homogenizers for the dairy industry. From 1994 it manufactured individual machines and equipment for dairies, and from 1994 to 2000 it built complete dairy processing facilities in Bulgaria and Ukraine. Since 2010 it has developed wastewater treatment for dairy effluent, with anaerobic treatment and biogas production, and aerobic treatment with activated sludge. It is the official Bulgarian representative of the Dutch company HydroThane STP for industrial wastewater treatment with biogas production. The company also exports machinery, equipment and milk analysis laboratories to neighbouring and other countries, and offers design, installation, commissioning, warranty and out-of-warranty service.
