Its core market is the dairy sector, where it supplies milk reception and storage lines, pasteurisation and UHT plants, HTST and ESL treatment, cheese vats and presses, yogurt and fermented product lines, butter lines, ultrafiltration systems, and CIP units. The company has also produced liquid rennet since the early 20th century and developed the first Italian liquid rennet technology. Its range extends to fruit juice, tomato, egg, wine, confectionery and plant-based beverage processing.
