Boryviter Centre of Excellence is an independent, vendor-neutral Ukrainian non-profit defence institution founded in April 2022 as an operational response to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. It began as a provider of tactical training for the Ukrainian Defence Forces and has since evolved into a Centre of Excellence that trains military personnel, analyses combat data, formulates doctrine, tests emerging technologies and acts as a system integrator for defence capabilities. Its focus areas include counter-UAS, electronic warfare, unmanned systems, command and control, and military analytics. The organisation works with the Ministry of Defence and General Staff of Ukraine, collaborates with NATO institutions, and serves as the official representative of the European Security and Defence College in Ukraine. It operates a headquarters in Kyiv and an EU liaison office in Brussels.
