CRW Telesystem-Mesko Sp. z o.o. is a Polish research, development and production company serving the defence industry. Founded in 1993 with roots in the Military University of Technology (WAT) and in cooperation with Zakłady Metalowe MESKO, it is headquartered in Lubiczów. The company designs, develops and manufactures optoelectronic and electronic units for portable anti-aircraft and anti-tank missile systems, most notably the GROM/PIORUN MANPADS. Its seeker head components include InSb and PbS photodetectors, specialised optics and hybrid preamplifiers. It also produces launch mechanisms, laser designators and rangefinder technologies, precision strike munition guidance systems, and training devices such as UST-1. The company works mainly with companies of the Polish Armaments Group and has supplied Piorun systems to Sweden. It also offers optoelectronic surveillance systems for border protection, in cooperation with Controp.
