About

Founded in 2004, Eurenco is a defense component supplier based in Sorgues, France working in ammunition & energetics, missiles & munitions.

Eurenco is a European leader in energetic materials, designing, producing and supplying explosives, propellants, propellant charges and pyrotechnic products for defence. Its defence range covers artillery, tank, mortar, medium-calibre and naval ammunition, as well as explosives for missile warheads, bombs, penetrators, torpedoes and underwater munitions. The company also supplies small-calibre propellants and nitrocellulose to ammunition makers, and serves civil markets including mining, oil drilling and hydraulic fracturing, and fuel additives. Eurenco was created in 2004 from the merger of SNPE Explosifs & Propulseurs and NEXPLO. In 2025-2026 it expanded production through a Modular Artillery Charge Systems joint venture with ZVS holding in Slovakia, a plant with PGZ and MESKO in Poland, and a EUR 300 million syndicated loan to fund industrial growth in Europe.
