Its defense-related businesses include Pacific Systems, a defense contractor supplying parts, maintenance and logistics to the US Department of Defense, and GI Aerospace, which develops aviation software and hardware, including AI-based solutions for defense industries and the US military, and has won US Department of Defense contracts. Wescon Industries manufactures precision aviation tools in the United States for commercial and military aircraft. TCI Manufacturing provides high-precision machining and prototyping for aerospace, aviation and healthcare customers. The group also includes Ivory Power, an engineering services subsidiary for infrastructure, and GI Consulting, its technology services division. In 2026 it established GI Europe B.V. in Rotterdam as its European headquarters to support aerospace and defense partners in the European Union. The group is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and has offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
