IBATECH is a Spanish engineering company founded in 2009, providing innovative solutions to the defence and environment sectors. Its defence activities cover CBRN defence, including detection, identification, sampling, decontamination and deployable laboratories, as well as unmanned systems such as drones and UAV/UGV payloads and training in their use. It supplied the chemical detection system for Navantia's AVANTE 2200 corvettes built for the Royal Saudi Navy and works as a subcontractor to INDRA. The company also carries out civil projects in water quality monitoring, weather stations, solar panels and generators, and has participated in EU-funded research projects such as NAIADES, MASC-CBRN and ROCSAFE.
