Its defence-related activities include building polar icebreakers for the Canadian government at Davie Shipbuilding, delivering the Resolve-Class Combat Support Ship through Inocea group companies, providing in-service support and life-extension work on Royal Canadian Navy frigates, and operating Federal Fleet Services, which provides at-sea support to the Royal Canadian Navy. Through Gulf Copper in Texas, the group works on icebreakers for the US Coast Guard and is a partner to HII on Arleigh Burke Class destroyers for the US Navy.
