Lainisalo is a Finnish surface treatment company specialising in industrial powder coating, wet painting, ceramic coatings, silk screen and pad printing, and assembly services for demanding components. Founded in 1990 as a one-man business, it has grown into a group operating at six locations in Finland and Estonia, with more than 120 professionals. Its work covers several sectors, including medical, dental equipment and a dedicated military segment. The company has reported that it applied the trial coating for the Finnish Defence Forces' new 762RK62M3 assault rifle used in conscript training. It also develops patented surface treatment solutions and trains international surface treatment quality inspectors as a Frosio trainer. Lainisalo describes itself as a family enterprise and serves customers across the Nordic and Baltic regions.
