Lambda-X Verhaert High-Tech is a Belgian optical engineering company and part of the Verhaert Masters in Innovation group. Founded as a spin-off from a microgravity laboratory, it designs and manufactures custom optical instruments, subsystems and payloads. Its work covers space and defence applications, including satellite payloads, drone and high-altitude platform sensors, robotic optics and missile guidance optics, as well as life sciences and industrial systems. The company supplies optics for ESA missions and takes part in European Defence Fund consortium projects. It offers feasibility studies, optical design, prototyping, cleanroom pilot and batch manufacturing, and OEM production, with EN 9100:2018 and ISO 9001:2015 certified processes.
