Levato AS is a Norwegian defence-technology company that develops and delivers wargaming, simulation, analysis, and decision-support services for defence, security, emergency preparedness, critical infrastructure, and public sector organisations. Its flagship product, VANTAGE, is a cloud-native, multiplayer, multidomain wargaming platform used for planning, execution, training, and analysis. VANTAGE lets distributed users simulate multi-domain force-on-force scenarios at multiple echelons and captures decision inputs, adjudication logic, and outcomes in machine-readable formats. The company emphasises human-in-the-loop AI, with recommendations traceable to simulation outcomes. VANTAGE has been in operational use since 2017, developed with the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and the US Coast Guard, and has been deployed with customers in Ukraine, the Netherlands, and the United States. Levato was selected by NATO DIANA for the 2026 Decision Superiority Challenge programme. Between now and December 2026 it plans to integrate VANTAGE with Maven Smart System NATO in a cloud demonstration environment.
