Marine Alutech is a defense prime contractor based in Teijo, Finland working in naval systems, mro & logistics.

Marine Alutech is a Finnish designer and manufacturer of aluminium and composite boats, operating for over 40 years under the Watercat brand. Its main facility is in Teijo-Salo, southwest of Helsinki, with repair and docking halls in several Finnish locations, including Turku, Hanko, Kotka and Oulu. The company builds up to 25 m vessels for military and government use, including combat boats, amphibious assault craft, military transport vessels, patrol and interceptor boats, and oil recovery and firefighting vessels. Customers include navies, special forces, coast guards, police, fire and rescue services, and pilot and port authorities. It also provides full lifecycle service, maintenance, spare parts and technology transfer. Its quality system is certified by Bureau Veritas to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 3834-2 and AQAP 2110. A German subsidiary, Marine Alutech GmbH, was founded in Rheinberg in October 2022, and the company operates a harbour at Port of Lappvik in Hanko since 2022.
