MillPart A/S
Skjern, Denmark
About
Founded in 2001, MillPart is a defense component supplier based in Skjern, Denmark working in air systems, land systems & vehicles.
MillPart is a Danish precision machining company founded in 2001 by Niels Jørgen Nielsen, with roots in the hydraulics industry. It specialises in CNC machining of hydraulic manifold blocks, valve housings and precision components with high geometric complexity. Components are produced for aerospace, defence, renewable energy and mobile hydraulics, including civil and military aircraft components, hydraulic and mechanical components for defence systems, and parts for construction machinery and specialised vehicles. Production uses three-, four- and five-axis CNC machining in automated FMS lines, robotic cells and AGV handling, with in-process measurement and digital documentation. Internal special processes include honing, thermal deburring and ultrasonic cleaning. The company works to EN/AS 9100, applies AS9102 first article inspection and uses Total Quality Management as its quality framework. Tolerances of 0.005 to 0.015 mm are stated on critical geometries, and every component is traceable to its CAM program, tool number and in-process measurements. The company operates from about 4,000 square metres in Skjern with around fifty employees, runs four-shift production and states that it exports to ten countries.
