NOVAE is a French engineering, consulting and training group founded in 2003 and classified as an ETI (intermediate-sized enterprise). It has an industrial heritage in aeronautics, space and defence, and has extended its activities to energy, automotive and mobility. Its defence activities include MRO and in-service support (MCO) for military equipment, integrated logistics support (SLI), retrofit and modification, technical assistance and on-site subcontracting, and technical training for armed forces, including training for the Malawi Air Force on AS550 helicopters.
