Oskar Pedersen AS is a family-owned Norwegian company founded in 1925 and headquartered in Kristiansand. It began as a ship chandler and in the 1990s shifted to supplying operative solutions to Scandinavian government customers, mainly defence and police. The company has no production of its own. It acts as tender advisor, bid manager, contract manager and marketing agent for manufacturers, supplying tents, backpacks, uniforms, drones and other field equipment to the Norwegian and Swedish armed forces. It holds framework agreements including one-person tents with Norway's Defence Materiel Agency and backpacks with FMV in Sweden, and is associated with the Nordic Combat Uniform. The company states it is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001. It is owned by three holding companies and reports 15 employees as of June 2026.
