Patria is a Finnish defence and technology company with over 100 years of experience. It is owned 50.1% by the State of Finland and 49.9% by Norway's Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS, and owns 50% of Nammo. The company operates through three profit-responsible business areas: Protected Mobility, Defence and Weapon Systems, and Sustainment Solutions. Its product range includes armoured wheeled and tracked vehicles (AMV XP 8x8, 6x6, TRACKX), mortar systems (NEMO, TREMOS), unmanned systems, electromagnetic intelligence and electronic warfare solutions, and fleet maintenance, repair and overhaul services. Patria supplies the Finnish Defence Forces and international customers under export licences, and participates in the CAVS and FAMOUS multinational vehicle programmes. It also produces F-35 front fuselage assemblies and engine assembly and maintenance work in Finland. The group had net sales of EUR 1,086.7 million in 2025 and operates in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, Latvia and Japan.
