RealComposite Oy is a Finnish company in Mäntyharju specialising in the design, manufacturing and assembly of robust composite products. Its capabilities include SMC, hot pressing of carbon fibre in a clean room, RTM and vacuum injection, and X-ray testing of carbon fibre parts. It offers a complete service from design and strength calculation through manufacturing, assembly and after-sales support, and also works as a subcontractor. Products include ultralight drone bodies and ballistic-resistant reinforced parts. The company holds a NATO NCAGE code, which enables participation in NATO and member nation procurements as a composite supplier. Civilian products include rowing boats, rail signal lights, meat counter and freezer cabinet parts, and waste container support bases. Sister company Realplast handles injection moulding.
