RSI Europe is a Lithuanian defence technology company founded in April 2022 in response to the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. It develops and industrially manufactures FPV drones and remote initiation systems, integrating them into armed forces. Its main products include the RISE-1 remote initiation system, the Shpak FPV drone family with fiber-optic and repeater variants, initiators, training munitions, and drone components. The company also offers operator training courses and says it works closely with combat engineers and UAV operators in active combat zones. It reports ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications and states its products are assigned NATO Stock Numbers. The company reports more than 180 staff. Its products are stated to be in active use with Ukrainian units and in service with the Lithuanian Armed Forces.
