Its core business is blockchain, AI and digital infrastructure for finance, governance and culture, including work on central bank digital currency projects with the Bank of Lithuania and the ECB. The group names defence as one of four focus domains, alongside finance, governance and culture. Its defence work includes the CYGR Lithuania venture, described as developing dual-use, sovereign-grade autonomous drone and counter-drone systems, communications and AI. The group also states it has extended its R&D into defence technologies and develops digital intelligence and resilient autonomy solutions for national protection. The group operates through ventures, a research division (SH? Labs) and a venture builder (SUPER3 Studio).
