TEREM-Shipyard Flotski Arsenal is a shipyard located on the shore of Varna Lake, about 20 km from Varna on the Black Sea coast in Bulgaria. Founded in 1897, it is described as the pioneer of the shiprepair industry in Bulgaria. The yard holds the status of a port with special purpose, covers an area of 617,000 m² and has about 1,300 m of coastline. Its traffic capacity rests on two floating docks, four quays, four floating quays and three rail slipways. The company offers shiprepair, shipbuilding, and conversion and modernization of vessels. It states that it has developed its production capacity and scientific potential in favour of the Bulgarian Navy, and it reports more than 450 employees, using subcontractors for specific activities. It is currently building a hybrid floating dock hull.
