Its manufacturing is based in Dehradun, India, with warehouses and offices in Atlanta, USA, and a UK sales subsidiary, Windlass Sword Company Ltd. The company also produces licensed replica props, period clothing and costumes for film, television and collectors, which is why it has civilian as well as defence sales. It offers custom manufacturing for large orders and sword refurbishment services. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and WRAP certification.
