Zetor Engineering Slovakia, a.s. is a Slovak research and development company founded in June 2000. It works as a R&D centre for mobile applications of machines and special vehicles and offers development, innovation and comprehensive deliveries, including for the defence industry. Its services cover engineering design, simulations and calculations, project management, prototype and series production support, homologation, and technical consultancy in steel structures and testing. The company develops the ATV and RDV 44 Zetor Gerlach armoured tactical vehicles, in cooperation with the Zetor Engineering group, and is the intellectual property owner of the DV-2 military turbofan engine, for which it has applied to the 2026 European Defence Fund call for a development study of a new turbofan engine for unmanned aircraft and Loyal Wingman systems. It exhibits at defence fairs such as IDEB and IDET and is a member of the Safety and Defense Industry Association of the Slovak Republic.
