It reports delivering more than 250 tons of humanitarian, medical and disaster relief aid, valued at over 22 million, since its founding in 2012. Donations are supported by individuals and corporate partners, and the organisation states that 100% of public donations go directly to humanitarian programmes. Volunteers contribute time to its work, which it reports as over 3 million hours.
