The 3B-Verbund is a network of organisations in Dillingen/Saar, Saarland, centred on the registered association 3B Begleiten-Bilden-Begegnen e. V. and affiliated non-profit and commercial companies. It grew out of adult education and offers general, political and vocational adult courses, school and kindergarten educational programmes, child and youth welfare services, outpatient and home care, and employment and integration projects, including training for refugees and young people. The group employs around 300 people across eight business units and states that its activities are publicly funded in part. Its work is aimed at children, young people, families, adults seeking work, refugees and people with disabilities in Saarland.
