Al-Anon Family Groups is a non-profit association based in Virginia Beach, United States working on addiction.

Al-Anon Family Groups is a non-profit fellowship that offers mutual support to families and friends of people with a drinking problem. It runs in-person, telephone and online meetings, teen meetings through Alateen, and produces literature and public outreach materials. The World Service Office, based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, coordinates the programme worldwide, and an Ottawa office serves Canada. The organisation is funded by member contributions and literature sales and declines outside contributions in line with its Seventh Tradition.
