Blue Europe is a think tank based in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg working on environment & climate, democracy & civil society.

Blue Europe is an independent, non-profit think tank and editorial project founded in 2016 and based in Luxembourg, France and Poland. It works to develop exchanges between Western, Central and Eastern Europe, particularly at the industrial, technological, economic and public policy levels. Its activities include publishing policy papers, briefs, academic reviews, interviews and reports on energy, economy, technology, governance, international relations and sustainability, as well as holding events and dialogue with policymakers and stakeholders. Its regional focus covers Central and Eastern Europe, including the Western Balkans, Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova. The organisation's content is published in English, French, Polish, Romanian and Czech.
