Bosma is a non-profit social enterprise based in Indianapolis, Indiana, that creates employment and training opportunities for people who are blind or visually impaired. Its social enterprise, Bosma Enterprises, provides contract packaging, warehousing, logistics, and other products and services to government and private-sector customers across the country, with a workforce where over half of employees are blind or visually impaired. Its Bosma Center for Visionary Solutions offers rehabilitation, counseling, job placement, and daily living skills training to adults across Indiana, largely at little or no cost to clients. The Bosma Visionary Opportunities Foundation raises funds to support the Center's programmes.
