Charita Uherské Hradiště is a Catholic church-affiliated charity active in social, health and humanitarian care in the Uherské Hradiště region of the Czech Republic. It is a separate church legal entity established under Arcidiecézní charita Olomouc, part of Charita Česká republika, and its work is based on Christian values. Through its low-threshold youth club and social service NZDM TULiP, located in Uherské Hradiště, it provides free, anonymous and voluntary support to young people aged 12 to 26 who are in difficult life situations or at risk, including those who do not seek standard institutional help. The service offers a safe space, contact and information, specialist help, outpatient and street-work forms of social work, and activities supporting social inclusion and personal development. The club runs leisure, creative and educational events, including preventive talks on topics such as addiction, mobile phone use, relationships and safety. The service originated in 1996 as a youth leisure centre and later became a low-threshold service, and it is a member of the Czech streetwork association and the Zlín Region NZDM working group. Some activities are co-financed by the Zlín Region.
