CONEX asbl is an inclusive incubator in Wiltz, Luxembourg, dedicated to the professional inclusion of people with disabled worker status, whom it calls Explorateurs. It is approved and financed by the Luxembourg Ministry of the Family. It offers personalised support combining about ten workshops with individual coaching, supervised by socio-pedagogical agents, to help participants define professional aspirations, find suitable employment and gain experience in the ordinary job market. Its offer is structured into Expéditions, and its spaces include workshops on manual work, painting and drawing, paper making, music production, photography, and forest and nature.
