DeKS (Društvo električnih kolesarjev Slovenije) is a non-profit advocacy association of electric bicycle users in Slovenia, founded in 2022 and based in Ljubljana. It works to improve conditions for safe and comfortable e-cycling and to promote e-cycling as a healthy, environmentally friendly form of mobility. Its activities include lobbying for better cycling infrastructure and e-bike purchase subsidies, building a national network of e-bike charging and service points, promoting safe e-cycling through training and preventive workshops with partner bodies, and running an interactive map of e-bike charging points. The association is open to Slovenian citizens and residents, and relies on membership fees, donations and volunteers. It is a member of the European Cyclists' Federation and works with partner organisations in Slovenia and the wider region.
