Diakonie ČCE středisko CESTA is a non-state non-profit organisation based in Uherské Hradiště, Czech Republic, founded on 1 December 1997 and run by the Czech Brethren Evangelical Church (Českobratrská církev evangelická). It is part of the nationwide Diakonie ČCE network of social services. The centre provides registered social services for families, children and adults with disabilities or mental illness in Uherské Hradiště and Uherský Brod. Its services include a day care centre (Denní stacionář NAPLNO), early intervention for families with young children (Raná péče), supported independent living (Podpora samostatného bydlení PODPORA) and a social therapy workshop (Sociálně terapeutická dílna VINICE). The services are funded in part by the Zlín Region, the Social Services Fund for the Uherské Hradiště administrative district, and EU funds, with additional support from donations and foundations.
