Services include counselling, emergency and transitional accommodation, supported housing, day centres, food and clothing distribution, debt counselling, and migration and church-based social work. Its Evangelisches Hilfswerk München subsidiary, a non-profit GmbH, runs many of the residential and outreach services. The organisation also advocates on behalf of people who cannot represent their interests towards politics and administration.
