Diverzitás Alapítvány is a Hungarian public-benefit foundation, active since 2018 in Gödöllő and its surrounding area. It works to improve labour market equality for disadvantaged people, including people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and people in deep poverty. Its activities include a social garden and the SZIA Kert, training for social farm mentors and agroecology trainers, therapeutic horticulture training, and community events such as clothing swaps and free craft sessions. The foundation also publishes handbooks and training materials on ecological small-scale farming, social farming and social economy, many developed through Erasmus and Visegrad Fund projects.
